Happy Easter

Since I'd still rather not have Bradyn eating chocolate, we did something a little non-traditional this year. While Brady still got her Easter basket full of (plastic) eggs, she also got a shopping cart to help gather up all her Easter surprises. Instead of candy, I bought a big package of play food for her kitchen, and hid the food all over the main floor. She loved it, and I don't know which was more entertaining.... Bradyn responding 'I don't know' or Kevin responding 'There can't possibly be' to my question 'Do you think there's more to find?'

'Eating' a doughnut.

Opening her present from Nana & Poppa.

All decked out in her new Easter dress. (God forbid she not have some Mini Wheats)

"Cheese" (or at least that's what she would have said if she didn't have a mouth full of Mini Wheats).

There's that cheesy smile we all love so much.

Ready to go out and get some groceries. (OK Kev, so maybe the colours are a bit bright, but she sure is cute!)

I love this smile. (Click on the picture for a close up)

Where did my baby go? I can't believe how big she is now. Take a look back at 'Overwhelmed by Love' from May 2006.

Hope you all had a nice Easter.

Brady's Ontario Birthday Party

At long last, I have some pictures from Bradyn's Ontario birthday party...
I think this is one of my all-time favourite pictures.

Kiera wants the balloons too.

Melting down.... must have cake!!!!!

Aunt Sherri shows Bradyn how to blow out the candles.

I told you before, this kid LOVES cake.

Hanging out with cousin Brian. She kept begging for more.

For those of you who have not had the pleasure, this is cousin Kaylin. You just have to love that hair.

One of the nicest gifts was celebrating Brady's birthday with our mommy group friends Kelly and Samantha, who recently moved from BC to London.

Thank you to Jen, Luke & Sophia, Brian, Charlene & Kaylin, Kelly & Samantha, Nana & Poppa, Aunt Sherri, Uncle Jason, Kiera & Robee for celebrating Bradyn's 2nd birthday with us.

Madison's Birthday Party

2 weeks ago we celebrated Madison's 6th birthday at The Gator Pit. This time, Bradyn wasn't the youngest guest! However, while all the kids were going wild on the slides and climbing equipment, our little Brady was perfectly content playing quietly with the trains.

Happy Birthday Maddie!

Sharing a giggle with Cameron.

At last - the birthday cake she'd been talking about all day.

I think Bradyn knows just how cute she is.
