The Pumpkin Patch

Earlier this month, we made our second annual trip to the Laity Pumpkin Patch. I have to admit that, although I miss the great big 2-tooth smile Bradyn sported with the pumpkins last year, this year was a lot more fun.

Little Miss Turkey

She spent FOREVER playing with this wooden chicken, dropping the wooden corn and carrots down the tube, pretending he was eating it.

Paying close attention to Daddy while he taught her how to milk a cow. (Not bad for a city boy.)

She's a natural!

"Hmmmm.... which one do I like?"

"This is it! I love this 'pumpkin'"

"No, wait.... I like this one."

While Bradyn is definitely an animal lover, I don't think she was too sure about this pig.

Or this weird looking goose, for that matter.

I had to include this one - I love this shot.

"OK, OK, OK ... I KNOW the perfect pumpkin is out here somewhere."

"I'll take these two - ring 'em up."

Natasha's Birthday Party

Last month, we went to Natasha's 4th birthday party. (Her 3rd was Bradyn's very first birthday party!)

Little Miss had a meltdown as we were going out the door over something or other, (hence why she's not too happy in this shot), but I still think it's a cute, classic, 'Sears Catalogue Model' shot.

Along with a bouncy castle and foam sticker crafts, there was a face-painter at the party for entertainment. (What a great idea!)

Bradyn looked so grown up sitting at the table with the kids, eating lunch. Watching her, I had a flash forward to kindergarten - what happened to my baby?

Taking time out from the festivities to smell the flowers.

OK, so these next two aren't from the party, but I thought I'd throw them in...
Our baby, carrying her own baby. (She LOVES this doll. Thank you Brent & Shelly.)

This, along with a very few other pictures, just absolutely melts my heart. No matter how close I am to the edge, or how crazy she might make me, seeing a picture like this one makes me forget it all. I just want to hold her tight and kiss her to death. This amazingly special little creature is ours, and our lives just wouldn't be the same without her.

The Last Pictures From Ontario

Here are the last of the 'best' Ontario pics....

With Mommy, Mason & Chrissy (Mommy's friend from university).

With Mason's Mommy, April, another one of Mommy's friends from university.

Wearing 'Rally Caps' with Poppa.

Taking a break with cousin Rachel during Poppa's retirement & Nana's 60th birthday party. (We met Rachel for the first time at the party - what a sweetie. She took real good care of Brady and kept her entertained.)

Her first manicure.

Bradyn was very excited about exploring Nana's school bus.

There really are a lot of similarities between these two little beauties...

Hanging with her cousins - and loving every minute of it.

Nana & Poppa, loving the time they could spend with all of their grandchildren, together.
