Frosty and School Treats

When we got home from our Mommy Group Christmas party last Sunday, Bradyn insisted that we play in the one-inch of snow that had fallen. She had her heart set on making a snowman, so we did our best. We had just watched Frosty that morning (thanks to a very old VHS recording off TV) and she was re-enacting all of the scenes. It really was quite funny.

This is what happens when you insist on taking your snowman in the house to a 'very hot place' like where Frosty had gone. (Isn't this the perfect crime scene? We couldn't have posed it any better - I swear - this is how it melted!)

On Friday, Bradyn had all kinds of Christmas treats to bring home from daycare. They had their pot-luck party for lunch, and have apparently been very busy over the last while preparing all kinds of crafts to decorate our house with.

Of course, the best part was the gingerbread man.
