The Rest of July

On Saturday July 16 Kevin, Bradyn and I met up with Dallas and Ita to experience our first Terminal City Roller Derby Girls match.  What a hoot!  The matches were great but the best part was Kevin winning $365 in the 50/50 draw!

For the week of July 17 - 23, Kevin was still on vacation so he and Bradyn had all kinds of fun adventures.  They checked out the "Collections" exhibit at Museum of Vancouver ....

and the Vancouver Aquarium.  What a busy week!

From July 25 - 29, Bradyn was at her beloved Sasamat day camp with her good friend Maya.  Bradyn is all smiles in this photo because she passed her Day One swim test and got a blue wristband (which means she didn't have to wear a life jacket when jumping off the dock).

On Thursday, the kids stayed late for campfire.  I arrived a bit late but it was clearly a lot of fun.  It sure takes a special teenager to be a camp counselor.
