Random Stuff

We haven't had any major events in the past few weeks, so here are just a few random photos to share with you.

On Mother's Day, Bradyn had her gymnastics class. This is the first time I've ever seen her climb the rope, and she sure was proud of herself. (she didn't get much higher than what you see here, but I was still very impressed)

After gymnastics, we headed to 5-pin bowling per Bradyn's request, for our special Mommy-Brady day activity. Still with energy to burn, we headed to the park where Bradyn showed off her gymnastics skills. I'm not sure which emotion was stronger... my fear that she was going to fall or my dismay that her hair was dragging in the dirt and wood chips while she swung back and forth.

Back home, we took some self portraits in the yard. (Unfortunately, Kevin had to work all day.)

Thanks to Aunt Sherri checking her local H&M for us, Bradybug now owns a matching dress for her signature hat. This was taken at the golf course near our house. After nearly 8 years, we actually made the 1.5 block walk to enjoy dinner and drinks without having to drive home afterwards. What is wrong with us? It was a lovely dinner on the patio of a great restaurant and it's the first time we've ever done it. Really hope we make it over there a few more times this summer.

Tonight after dinner, Bradyn and I headed over to the park. When we were there yesterday, there were some children and their babysitter drawing with chalk on the walkways. Again, why did this never occur to me before? Here is Princess Bradyn beside her self portrait.
