Catching Up

I know it's been a couple of weeks since my last post, so I thought I'd share some random shots from the past few months.

Diane & Jack, 2 of our Mommy Group friends, gave Bradyn the sweetest Ballerina Butterfly outfit for her birthday. My favourite part? That belly!

Two days after her birthday, we thought we'd actually give Bradyn's bike a try outside. I carried it all the way over to the park (it was uphill - you can't expect her to ride it there) and she rode it for all of 2 minutes. She just can't get the hang of pedalling yet, and got frustrated pretty quick. We'll give it another shot when it's actually bike weather and see how it goes.

I think this is my current favourite outfit of Bradyn's. She just looks absolutely adorable.

After complaining for way too long, I finally took the plunge and bought a new camera. (Thanks for your help Ian!) Although I really still have no clue how to use it, I love the continuous shooting, the crispness of the pictures (when my subject isn't moving), and the zoom! I find myself taking more close-up shots now. This was at the Town Centre playground, which we'd never been to yet. (Yes Sherri, same day Brady was lying on the sidewalk in the yard, soaking up the sun and the heat - February 21). There's just something about this shot that I love....maybe it's the ladybug on my Bradybug.

This year we had our annual Mommy Group Birthday party on February 28. Can you believe Bradyn was actually offering to share her cupcake with me? I was stunned for a few moments.

This was just the sweetest thing. Bradyn and Jack were dancing to the music, having a great time. Fuzzy, but a great action shot. However, Jack was playing it cool - couldn't take his hands out of his pockets or it might look like he was having too much fun.
